I have explained in the past how radical Islam lacks the internal strength to ultimately succeed, a view echoed just yesterday by RealClearPolitics.com. But is there an even more dangerous enemy on the horizon? A writer on FaithFreedom.org argues persuasively that the jihadists are merely playing into the hands of the West's actual long-term nemesis: Communist China.
But in the meantime, blogger Winds Of Change states the case for invading Iran.
WorldNetDaily's Joseph Farah slams Al Gore for his hypocritical stance on government wiretaps.
Israpundit on why anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism, plain and simple.
Apparently I'm not the only one who noticed the leftwing campaign against Kate O'Beirne, in response to her book on radical feminists. National Review's Kathryn Jean Lopez observes and explains what's going on.
And speaking of media and the political divide, the Wall Street Journal has an insightful editorial on the demise of the mainstream media's monopoly on our nation's information. I agree - the blogosphere is a wonderful thing.
It is amazing how some politicans can be so hypocritical, yet often times nobody seems to notice. Finally we see the origin of Senator Kerry's flip-flop move.

Do you believe the U.S. has the capability to destroy Iran's nuclear weapons facilities without a full military invasion (similar to what Israel did to Iraq in 1981)?
Also, would you allow a secular / democratic State, located in the Middle East (i.e. Turkey), to develop nuclear weapons?

Yes, I definitely think the U.S. can do it. Iran has many nuclear facilities, but they don't actually all have to be destroyed in order to stop the bombing - the nuclear cycle has many steps, and only one of them needs to be disrupted in order to stop the whole thing. A quick and targeted aerial bombing campaign could do this, with minimal outside damage.
But this should be a last resort; it'd be much better if the regime fell internally beforehand. Tough to say if this will happen, but it's definitely a possibility that the U.S. can help to occur: http://www.nationalreview.com/ledeen/ledeen200601180843.asp

We will have to prove our critics wrong by restoring Iraq to prosperity in order to bring Iran to heel.
Also,... when Chirac is kicked out of office then we will get some momentum going.
Germany is on our team now, we got one more to go (Russia is a write-off).
As long as Iran can rely on Europe to undermine our efforts they will never be willing to compromise.
